While water is the best thing to drink, you could also try gatorade G2 which is very low in calories.

Get an exercise ball (cheap) and use it to do sit ups, you can do the plank,and the jumping jack, and some sprints outside. Those are some of theones I do. Also lift your legs six inches from the ground and hold it for a minute or so.

I am surprised its not going down if you are putting in the new weight. I have one as well and as I reset the new weight, the body fat is going down as well.

I weigh 130.0 pounds and have cellulite, I think you can help it but it may never totally go away.

I wear a heart rate monitor that is set for me. I think the machines give you more calories than you actually burn.

I catch up on all my shows on DVR while on the treadmill. You are right, it gets boring!

I would think you could burn that much. I wear it for alot of things like cleaning house, its amazing how many calories you burn.

Go to my exercises and create an exercise then put in the amount of calories you burned on your HRM. YOu can change the calories everytime you do PX90.

I always go with what is on the heart rate monitor. I wear it for all exercise so I trust its accurate for me! The exercise machines say I burn more, MFP says I burn less but if you use the same one all the time (like a scale) then you can trust its accurate for you.

Workout, you will feel good. I went for a walk outdoors, it was great.

Wednesday 435 calories 30 minutes stationary bike/30 minutes treadmill 4.0 Thursday 365 calories 61 minutes outdoor walking 4.0 I know I can't meet 10000 calories but I will do something everyday.

Its like magic, it will happen!! Do not get discouraged. It took me about 3 months then the weight started falling off and the inches.

10000 is alot of Calories, I am not sure I could meet that goal. I will try:cry:

walking is very cheap and very effective, do a 4 mph pace and maybe try to run some intervals to get your heart rate up.

Just exercise more that day. We have to enjoy some things are the motivation will soon disappear.

Unless you are eating more than you are working out, you should be feeling the benefits. At the very least, your bod should be getting tighter from working out. This site will help you, sometimes there are hidden calories you don't account for. Good Luck.

Every calorie counts unfortunately. So you can eat 10 candy bars or healthy meals as long as you don't go over your calories. I would opt for the healthy meals though. lol Just exercise more and you can eat more, that is what I do. Good luck.

i have RA as well and have Sjogrens Syndrome. I understand being tired all the time. I have found that watching what I eat and exercising helps the symptoms alot. Good luck with your weight loss, it does help your joints. Are you taking Methotrexate?

I am getting close but still have a muffin top when I button them!! Another 5 pounds should do it. Good job holding on to the jeans!!
