Hi guys how do you measure your Body fat %???

Hello guys! how do you measure your body fat%??, Because me Im using omron handheld but I think its not accurate...my body fat always range at 18%-16% only and it wont go down..but Im still losing weight, I went 65 kg but my body fat stay at 16-17%.

I am surprised its not going down if you are putting in the new weight. I have one as well and as I reset the new weight, the body fat is going down as well.0

I use a formula they have on the bodybugg website. Not sure if its all that accurate. Its based on your measurements and your weight.0

I think those ones that pinch your rolls in a few places are about a accurate as you can get without doing the in water test.0 -
I take my hand, slap specific body part, and if it jiggles....don't care about numbers, there's too much fat there.
Seriously though, get yourself dunked. IMO, hydrostatic testing is the best gauge to measure body fat%.0 -
I do it the old fashioned way...skinfold calipers0
