Hi All
I'm new on here today - been trying to lose weight by going to gym classes for the past 2-3 months, but not feeling any benefits, so thought I'd try this site, see if I can keep track of everything properly instead of just guessing!

Unless you are eating more than you are working out, you should be feeling the benefits. At the very least, your bod should be getting tighter from working out. This site will help you, sometimes there are hidden calories you don't account for. Good Luck.0
