  • Right now I'm on maternity leave, so I work out when my 2 year old naps and put my newborn in his swing. Before I got pregnant with #2, I woke up around 5:30am to workout before work, and I'm thinking that'll be the only time I have when I go back to work too.
  • I am 5'6" Female Highest weight 197 lbs (not counting while being pregnant... that is my weight the day I got home from the hospital after baby #2) Current weight 188 lbs Lowest weight 135 lbs (I looked way too skinny, in my opinion) Goal weight 150 lbs (or whatever gets me back in my prepregnancy clothes!)
  • I sent you a friend request. I just had my second baby on January 22, so I'm looking for some motivation as well. I want to lose the 30# of baby weight plus another 10 if possible. I am on MFP most days, but sometimes life gets crazy with the kids (I'm sure you understand!).

  • I did Chalean in between my pregnancies. I didn't always do the cardio portions as I was training for a half marathon, so I ran for my cardio instead, but I really liked the weight lifting.
