  • Hi - thanks! Good to meet another fellow Type 1 ! Weight loss is hard enough without having to factor in low blood sugars and insulin ! Hope we can encourage and motivate each other!

  • Hi, I am also Type 1, on an insulin pump. I have 2 children, and am trying to lose those last few pounds that I gained. It's so frustrating at times to try and control my blood sugar and exercise!
