Patricia, Good to see you are so aware of how you got were you are and you are on fire to change. Logging for me is the key...log everything. You cant make good modifications to your eating if you don't know what you have been eating. I would suggest if at all possible to see a dietitian / nutritionist to get you going in…

That is why I never wanted to be in the picture, I am always the picture taker. This spring I saw myself inn a picture, after losing 120 pounds and still OMG. This past weekend now (after…

5/02/2014 - 45 minutes Strength training & 44 minutes Nustep (I was only doing 32 min then got on the phone and went longer) I will try the quote tomorrow and see how that works. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong because I could not edit.

Count me in. Since I did not see this until this morning, I will report on yesterdays activity. 05/01/2014 - 61 minutes of using NuStep. This is a recumbent cross trainer, (a seated stepper). Do we just report daily what our exercise was?

Good morning... Happy May Day!! Today I start my own personal challenge of adding one more minute everyday to my exercise when using my NuStep Machine. I do strength training usually 3 days a week, on those days I use the NuStep for 30 minutes, on non strength days I use it 60 minutes. So my goal for May is what ever day…

I talked with a dietitian and what I generally follow is eat three meals, each meal should you should not have more than 45 carbs, I eat three snacks per day (morn, afternoon, evening) each snack…

Shay, Welcome and good luck on your journey. My name is Kim and I started out at 387 lbs a little over a year ago. I currently am at 307 lbs. I have done it with constantly logging all my food and exercise. Use your log faithfully, log everything! That is an important key, if you don't log it you are only lying to…

I did the same thing over the weekend and created a pile of pants that I can no longer wear. I know I have a few tops that should be put in that same pile. Hopefully I will find someone who can use them if not the women’s shelter or Goodwill will be getting a donation. I have some very comfy capris and t-shirts that I just…
