I am just not my self. I have way to much going on and overly stressed. I weighted myself this morning and I am back up to 211..why? not sure. I ate the same (as I did in Feb. : 1200 - 1500cal) but I didn't exercise (as much as Feb.) I wanted to give myself a little break this week..well it backfired. I feel so hopeless…
