I exercised every single day and stay within my calorie intake of between 1200 – 1400, depending how much exercise I did. I heard, from Dr. oz, that your body cleanses it self out every time you use the restroom. If you are eating the recommended fiber grams (25 - 30 g for women) then the "colonc" is a waste of money. what ever weight you lose (mostly water) it comes back with in days. jJUst my two cents... The Biggest losers "Last Chance Workout" with Jillian... EDIT: forgot to mention that I found the workout on on demand..provided by my cable company. I don't have the dvd so I don't know what level it is, however, I do know it's 27 minutes w/o warm-up or cool-down. overall, it's a great workout!

Morning! I'm already 2/3 done, for my walking/running goal. My miles are 20 out of 30, that's without today's total. ANd for my other part of my exercise goal, using the workout dvds 8 days out of 28 ( I have done everyday, so far this month). Have a great day!
