I quit drinking soda/cut way back on sugar for my New Years resolution lol, it doesn't really have anything to do with the challenge other then I feel yucky today so I think I'll start tomorrow :-)

I think I'm having some detox symptoms or something from cutting out sugar, lol, I hope I can muster up the energy to give this a go tonight!

I love this workout, I did it religiously a few years ago and it always wore me right out, I wish I had never stopped, I'm 20 lbs heavier at least now, yay for starting it again! Can't wait!

I have no MFP friends yet, so feel free to add me as we'll! I was down to 187 lbs last summer around now, and between then and Christmas I went up to 205.... Yikes. I got back down to 188 last month going to Curves and logging my meals on here, but I gained back a few this past month. Time to get back on track!
