Your story was completely inspiring. I tried Bikram Yoga for the first time Wednesday and I have fallen in love. Yoga is great because it teaches you to be gentle with yourself and not abuse yourself when you fall short of your expectations. In fact, it helps you put expectations into perspective. I have a lot more weight…

So, today was a great Valentine's day and it was a beautiful day in the Bay Area. Today, I walked for an hour and a half with a good friend. Then I walked 30-40 minutes with my partner. Had a great time. God is proud of me today!
