So I managed to do 3 days in a row of level 1 then I had a setback with a family emergency and wasn't able to do it for 4 days. I did it yesterday but I'm not sure if I should count it as Day 4 or as a restart at Day 1... Any thoughts?

I did day 2 yesterday. I had to use lighter weights on the second rounds. My arms were burning! I kind of just wanted to take a rest day today, but reading the posts here is good motivation. Although, I'm supposed to go to a strength training class with a friend tonight and I don't know how I'm going manage to get through…
