Yes Michelle! I am having the exact same problem... My weakest muscle group is my shoulders and I struggle so badly with the pushups. I can do two or three then I have to take a break for a couple of seconds and continue.

P90X is ULTRA-intimidating to me for some reason. I've got to get myself to a more fit place before I can try that. Andrew (the bf) is already saying how after 30DS we should try insanity.... you know what that idea is... insanity. Just saying! haha!

I did my 1st day of 30DS w/ bf last night. We were pretty focused the full 20 minutes.. had one laughter breakdown because he looked so silly doing the butt kicks!

For most sandwiches Mayo (Hellman's regular only please) is a requirement for me. I do use a smaller amount than I used to however. If a recipe requires mayo, I often use a substitute such as greek yogurt to cut out some of the calories/fats.

My boyfriend and I go together. We end up being there longer because we're having more fun. Plus, he is a great and non-judgemental motivator for me. When I go alone, I get bored quickly and don't stay as long so I don't end up doing as much of a workout.

If I want something sweet, I generally prefer Edy's Real Fruit bars. My salty go to is generally Pretzels. If I need something a bit more filling, I pick almonds/walnuts, a hard boiled egg or some greek yogurt with a bit of fruit.

My dog eats the Blue Buffalo food made for toy breed puppies. Cats eat a mixture of royal canon dental plan and purinas pro plan food. Yeah I know there is a lot of junk in the purina.. even their high end food but my elderly cat cannot stomach anything else so vet wants me to keep feeding her that.

I'm 28. Started last year at 238 then took about 5 months off. Just started back with MFP about 2 weeks ago and I'm down to 223! I'm trying to stay below 1400 calories today.
