Everybody's goals are awesome and made me think of mine. 1. I have a 10% weight loss goal, I have lost 10 and have 15 to go. 2. To lose 66 lbs (under 200 lbs) lost 23 so far 3. To be in a size 12

You can definitely do it. I would like to lose 50-70 lbs. I got sidetracked last week and the weekend so I know the scale will show me. I just need to keep going forward positively.

I'm up for the challenge. Is there a way to add this post so I can get to it weekly? I've lost 20 lbs but nowhere near my goal weight. 1st goal is 200 lbs.

Stop ruining my good weekly (M-F) progress by eating poorly on the weekend.

Thanks! I will keep watch on it.

I thought I was doing good with 2lb a week weight loss until I read your post. I lost 10 lbs the first month and then today it was 0.2 lb. Does that mean that, that will be the rate of loss from now on? I didn't mean to take of maryashley4's post.

I notice you said you work with nurses, is it in a hospital? Maybe you can try a couple laps in your office (or hospital). Does your job have a big parking lot? Try parking further away and walk to your office or walk around the building at lunch. Set a small goal every week or two weeks and before you know it...BOOM!!!

I would say it depends b/c if you stopped drinking sodas (esp. if you were an avid drinker) or stopped eating fast food and etc. I think that would be a noticeable difference. Sometimes you lose more in the beginning when you make changes and then it may taper off to 1-2 lbs a week.

Are there any tips to increasing the time length of running. Right now I'm just in the jogging stages. Half jog half walk, I know my weight is and issue but I would like to be able to increase my stamina. Helpful tips welcome (I'm in the 240 weight range)

@GenElizabeth I just found this post and read all of them from May 2015 to now. Congratulations on your bundle of joy! When you log your exercises do you log them under "strength" or "cardio"? They may sound like a silly question but I've always wanted to ask someone how are they doing it.

Awesome...I would like to be around a 12, no higher than 14. It seems I need to drop the weight loss down some more. To about 175

Does anyone know of a sensible replacement to the Shakeology? I did like the fact that it kept me full for hours, but I would like to find a less expensive brand that could do the same thing. Any suggestions on protein powders?

I love my Fitbit Flex as well. I've never had any other tracker before so I have nothing to compare it to. I do have a question Has anyone noticed that their trackers will change the weight status on your dashboard versus on MFP? For example I put in my weight on MFP and then two days later on Fitbit Dashboard it was a…

I'm super proud as well. I'm proud that I have stayed away from sodas for 2 weeks!! Also having 8 glasses of water 7 days a week (It's usually while I'm at work).
