  • Congratulations to everyone's weight loss and NSV!!! Personally for me getting sick and having surgery in April has thoroughly derailed me :( I have not given up but it is taking me some time to get back in the groove that I once was.. I wish everyone the best.

  • @andysport1 211 is a little out of my reach for June but it is nice to look at :smiley: I would be truly grateful for 215 or just to be out of the 20s. Thanks for all the encouragement bc not being able to exercise like I want to has been a downer
  • @junodog1 Thanks! Logging in helps keep me accountable. While I was sick I lost 14 lbs and have become comfortable in that loss, so that's why I'm trying to get myself moving again and back to logging in. I'm now from under doctor's orders and can exercise freely so I'm READY!!!

  • Yes, it is an ongoing process. Some (including myself) have skipped a couple of log in but it doesn't mean I'm not looking at everyone's WONDERFUL progress. It gives me so much motivation to stick with it and keep going.
