Just amazed myself here... I'm at week 25 and according to the scale the past two days I've beaten this challenge.
Since starting the challenge a few days before Christmas, I'm down 26.8 pounds!! That's 4 dress sizes (5 in some styles).
And even better, I have a ton more energy and confidence, and am no longer struggling to eat things that are good for me.
I'm going to keep working towards my goal which is another 23.2 pounds ahead of me. But I know I can do it.

Congratulations to everyone's weight loss and NSV!!! Personally for me getting sick and having surgery in April has thoroughly derailed me I have not given up but it is taking me some time to get back in the groove that I once was.. I wish everyone the best.1
