Hyvee brand protien is awesome! Gluten free sweetened with stevia and only 2 carbs per 20 grams protien. Choc/peanutbutter is the best I add pb2 and ice.

I do believe in low carb diet for losing large amounts of weight I just do not agree with the "oh I gotta eat all my carbs by noon" bit.

Man I love to squat. Hate lunges. All good advice. My trainer told me if I wanted more power I needed to hug and love the squat rack.

Your right I always burn more in the AM. I dont eat until my cardio is done just a cup of coffee.

I jump rope about 5 days a week. I dont think that it helps me to much but I had a friend in the core that was jumping 5 min an hour 10 hours a day and he lost weight like crazy he also had a good diet plan.

Well your at the end of wrestling season so its time to bulk up anyway. I agree with most people on here eat back all your calories after season is over and you don't have to worry about making weight. Just wondering what weight your wrestling at and where do you see yourself at weight wise next season?

Ask for the side salad with a sliced grilled chicken breast and an ice tea. Thats what I get when I'm on the go. I also do the parfait but I dont use the granola. This is cheap under $5.
