  • TGI Fridays Jack Daniels Sesame Chicken strips, my favourite starter in the world - until I found out that they're about 950 calories JUST FOR THE STARTER! Before I even had the main course! Needless to say I haven't had them since :-(
  • Just came back from a festival, we took oranges, apples, bananas, some fajita type wraps and tins of tuna (you can buy them with flavour too, lemon and black pepper mmmmmm) to assemble into tuna wraps there. Also the john west light lunch tuna things are good and dont need to be kept cool. And a few bags of low cal crisps…
  • In my opinion, eat your full calorie allowance. If you eat too little your body thinks its starving and seems to lose weight slower. That's what i've found anyway, happened to me before. As soon as I upped my calories to the allowance that was recommended for my target weight loss, hey presto it dropped off!
