Sometimes times you have to look at your diet too... have you made any changes there? What about dairy; yogurt etc.. it can be murder on your skin. Good luck :wink:

Me too - I suck at it!! And here I am thinking well today I'll just eat around 1000 to make up for yesterday going over and then go over AGAIN. I have the workouts down and meet my goals there but I blow it by eating too much. I eat healthy, juice, eat salads, black beans, too much fat peanut butter though. I guess I need…

I completely agree! I wouldn't attempt it but in reality I think I'm beyond that type of fitness but still very focused on being the best that I can be... in the office we all work out together, walk at lunch, sign up for races and do other things for strength and overall encourage and support each other. You have to get…
