  • You might just be losing weight in a different area (ie inside/legs/arms etc). Or it might just be water weight you have lost - you didnt say how much..

  • I take chromium picolinate as it is supposed to be good for balancing sugar levels and hence stop hunger. I dont think it has made any difference though. Also my blood sugar is always between 4-5 away xD.
  • Most of these are about how to not go over your daily calories ie Not eating more - (for example most people eat free food without thinking - or assume drinks are lower cal then they are). The sleep one I am not to sure would make a big enough difference, but mostly they are good things to think about.
