And here I thought this was a post about the best stoner movie. I thought Lost and Forgotten was one I had never seen.

I get a small un-buttered popcorn when I can fit it in my calories.
-
Keep monitoring your weight, if it starts creeping up, you'll have your answer.
-
My system is if it doesn't fit into my calories, it doesn't get eaten. If you're hungry, too bad.
-
I've always found my digital to be more accurate than my old analog. A good digital scale shouldn't show different weights if you get off then back on. At least mind doesn't.

1 - 1.5 lbs a week is a good steady weight loss, especially if you only have 20 lbs to go. The more overweight a person is the faster they can lose weight. For example, I lost 95 lbs. At the beginning I was losing 2+ lbs a week. the closer to my goal weight I got the slower it came off, and the harder I had to work out to…

I weigh every morning, and don't see a problem with it. Now if you're weighing throughout the day, that's another thing.
-
Steak, baked/broiled fish, grilled chicken. Sometimes I save up calories for a week so I can really go to town and splurge.
-
Banana, I hate Yogurt.
-
Fruit is my go to snack. 200 calories is almost a pound of apples. enough to fill anybody up.
-
The initial losses are great, aren't they? Be aware, the closer you get to your final goal, the slower the weight will come off. Don't get discouraged when this happens.

It takes a long time to lose weight (depending on how much you have to lose). It took a long time to get overweight, it will take a long time to lose the weight (it took me a year to lose 85 lbs). Your weight can fluctuate several lbs from day to day, it's water weight, don't freak out. Weigh yourself the same time every…

It sounds like you may have taken calorie counting a bit too far. I do favor chain restaurants because you can see their nutritional info and plan out what you're going to eat, but don't let it stop you from enjoying life. Pizza hut has a salad bar doesn't it? most restaurants have some healthy options.

I lost 95 lbs at 45. No reason you can't too.

I used to eat until I couldn't fit another bite as well. The difference is I don't miss that feeling. In fact on the couple of occasions that I have overstuffed myself I don't feel well at all. Maybe because that feeling reminds me of a time when I wasn't very happy with myself (because I was so overweight).
-
390 for me. It would be about 600, but I missed one day last year (damn super bowl Sunday). I plan to log for a long time to come. It keeps me honest. My eyes are definitely bigger than my stomach.
-
I second Chili. Although, be careful eating it too many days in a row (Beans).
-
Chili doesn't have to be high calorie. Cut back on the bread, use lean cuts of meat in the chili. My chili is only about 400 calories for 2 cups.

Once I lost all the weight I wanted to, I couldn't shake the feeling like I was one big binge from gaining 90 lbs back again (overnight). It took a few months for me to realize that weight gain is as gradual as loss. If I put 1 or 2 lbs back on, I have the tools to lose it again. Now, I'm actually trying to add muscle,…

Thanks, You too. I wish I had the definition you have, I'm still kinda skinny fat. I'm guessing I'm at least 20 years older than you are, maybe that has something to do with it.
-
I went from 262 to 164 in 14 months. Now doing a bulk to add muscle, up to 168-170.
-
I hit the bottom when I hit 262 a year and a half ago. I lost 98 lbs over the next year +. Now I'm actually trying to add muscle, so I'm up a couple of pounds. You can do it if you're dedicated. I was heavy my entire life, and I'm finally at a healthy BMI.
-
I'm surprised nobody has jumped in with "Are you weighing your food?". That is a very popular response in threads like this. That being said, It is surprising what a difference it can make.

If you do get new clothes, don't buy anything pricy. I did that, and within a couple of months the new clothes were too big too. I spent hundreds on clothes I can't wear today. The worst one was the $200 leather jacket that is now too big.

I lost 95 lbs and my wife did not participate. she would have ice cream for dessert and I'd have a couple of apples. It bugged me a little, but just because I'm on a diet, doesn't mean the people around me are as well. You have to learn to eat healthy while those around you don't. It can suck, I'm not going to lie, but it…

10 lbs in less than 2 months is excellent. Keep up what your doing. People tend to want to lost it all immediately, but you didn't gain it all in in 2 months, it won't all come off in 2 months either.
-
How do you count the calories if you didn't weigh the food?
-
Yeah, my wife thought I was crazy when I bought a kitchen scale so I could count calories. She accused me of going to far. 95lbs later, she doesn't say anything about it anymore.

It's the classic tale of boy meets hooker, hooker has a heart of gold, proud hooker goes back to hooking, boy saves hooker from herself.
