Hi, I'm from Hampshire. Feel free to add :)

I'm glad you're feeling better about it. You just need to find ways that work for you.
-
You're welcome :)

I had a look through your diary and I noticed you were over your goal a few days and significantly under on others. I'd say focus on your weekly average rather than your daily, that way you can go over and under and it will even out through the week. good luck

My weight fluctuates about 2-3lbs throughout the day. But no gain from morning to morning.

Hey! 23 from Hampshire, UK. Feel free to add :) xx

If you can't find what you're looking for, create your own entry. That's what I do. xx
-
If you want to do it right with the lowest chance of regaining then you should eat your exercise calories. You will lose slower, but it's worth it. Good luck xx

MFP's 'calories burned' estimates are probably wrong. If you get a HRM, you'll get a much more accurate estimate. I would suggest only eating back half of the calories MFP says you've burned. Good luck xx

If you don't feel up to it then don't feel like you have to do it. You're pushing yourself too hard, a small break won't hurt if you stick to your calorie goals. xx

I'm not completely sure about this but I think it's recommended that you eat 500 additional calories while breast feeding. So if you add 500 cals to MFP's calorie goal, that should work. But I do agree that your doctor would know what's best for you. Good luck xx

I agree with this. And also, if you want to walk but not outside, try just walking around your house for a little while. It's still exercise. Good luck xx

I'm in the UK too :) Feel free to add

I find the best times to workout are the mornings or evenings when the baby's in bed. Sometimes I get a workout in at lunch times too because the little one takes a while eating. Evenings are probably the best time for me though as I can take as long as I like.

Everyone is going to say 'net 1200 at a minimum' xx

I come in under my calorie goal most days so I have a cheat day roughly every 2 weeks... I don't log anything and I eat EVERYTHING lol. It may not be the healthiest thing to do, but it keeps me motivated. If I want to eat something that's just too bad for me or a takeaway I can't log then I just think 'I can have it on my…

You look great at 180! I'm just under that and look nowhere as good :( Well done xx
-
I have a cross trainer too... it tells me i burn rediculously low calories. I use a heart rate monitor to be sure and that tells me i burn quite a bit more than MFP says. However... MFP is probably a closer estimate than the machine xx
-
Agreed... You need to eat MORE. Even if it's just for a couple of days... it will break the plateau. Good luck xx
-
Thank you! :) xx

My birthday is the 3rd and I'd like to hit 175lbs... I'm 179 at the moment xx

I don't eat back my excercise calories either. I work my *kitten* off to burn those calories. Perhaps I do "starve" my body but I've been happier and had tons more energy since I started doing this. And if I do hit a plateau (which happened after I'd lost about 10lbs) I have a day where I eat whatever I want such as…

My other half says stupid stuff all the time too... But when he says he wants something to grab, he's usually trying to get me to stop dieting... xx

I like shaved heads and neat facial hair... lol xx

I net less than 1000 calories almost every day. My hubby says I don't eat enough but I'm just not that hungry, having swapped boredom eating for exercise. I have lost 16lbs in 27 days... I know this doesn't sound healthy but I am. I have much more energy and feel a lot better in myself... Low calorie works for me... we're…
-
Truth be told, I rarely net more than 1000 a day. And it's often a fair bit lower. I just don't get too hungry, I realised I was eating out of boredom when I started my weight loss 'journey' xx

I tried this calculator and it's told me that I'm a 36F... I always thought I was a DD but this explains why I'm always uncomfortable in my bras lol xx
