Personally, I eat back half of them on most days. I weigh in every two weeks, just to record my losses (take measurements, pictures, etc) and don't really reward myself with every weigh in.... however, when I hit my goal weight I will be buying a new wardrobe! I can't wait!

Hahaha, story of my life! I wasn't allowed fast food as a kid and when I moved out of my parents' house that's all I ate for months :laugh: I love nutella on whole wheat bread. sooooo good. I just keep it out of sight most of the time, so I don't eat it all in one sitting! :wink:
