  • Completely agree. All the cardio work is OK but those push-up jacks and level 3 drills are a killer. Even the suicide jumps in the fit test are tough.

  • Welcome - I just joined as well. Logging your exercise and food seems a great way to keep motivated. I'm the same as you - got a desk job so it's been tough to keep the weight down.

  • I've just finished Insanity but I'm going to start again. It's easier if you start on a Monday though to follow the Insanity calendar easily - you get Sundays off :) Are you able to start tomorrow - 28 May? I'll be there with you.
  • Hi all, I just finished Insanity this weekend. Really enjoyed it and it worked well for me. I lost 24 pounds and my fit test results at the end were astounding when compared to the start. Anyway, wish I had discovered this site before but I'm going to start Insanity again this week as my goal is to lose another 30 pounds.…
