Well, i'd skip breakfast at home, make sure my daughter ate something nutritious and wholesome, drop her off at Daycare and then head over to either Carl's Jr for a Famous Star (w/o cheese or mayo) ok, sometimes I'd add cheese, but not always and never mayo, blech...Or a Jumbo Jack, no cheese and no mayo (never cheese on a…

At the beginning I was losing hair quite a bit and I used Garnier Fructise Fall Fight shampoo and coniditoner and it really seemed to help... I didn't know about the protein, thing and I do get an adequate amount of protein, so maybe doing the two things together really helped. I have not had loose/fall out hair in several…

I go the to gym during my lunch break because it is virtually impossible to get a workout in at home between getting home, house hold responsibilities, dinner, parenting, getting my daughter ready for bath/bed, etc.

Several years ago I would drink slim fast for breakfast, but eat a lunch and dinner. I did lose weight, but it wasn't something I could really stick with and eventually just gave up and all the weight plus more came back on. Over the past 11 months I have lost 64 pounds by tracking calories and getting plenty of exercise.…

I never eat Lean Cuisines: Leftovers are always great. We grilled up Carne Asada Sunday and I had it for lunch yesterday and today...Spaghetti as leftovers is always good, as well as chicken. Pretty much anything you can separate out from the night before and package up for lunch the next day. I frequently make a few cans…

Or tomorrow is a new day and you can stand up and fight back to achieve what you desire. There will always be outside forces in life trying to hold you down, other people, tempting food, your kids wearing you out and throwing tantrums, a bad day at work, a rude customer or an annoying coworker...It's part of the overall…

6" Veggie Delight on wheat with Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles, Olives, Pepperchini's....The veggies are my favorite part on a fresh sub and the deli meats are a huge sodium bomb for me so I opt for no meat on my sub to keep everything in line. The first time I had a veggie sub, I never imagined it would be so…

I usually spend $80-100/week for food only to feed Family of 3 (Me, Hubby and a 2 year old) Certain things we buy at Costco like snacks, ground turkey, etc in bulk but with all other non food essentials, so probably another $100/month there so probably about $500.00/month or so, give or take.

You look great and your smile is so much bigger now!!!

One thing in your food diary that really stuck out to me was the extremely high levels of sodium, excess sodium causes water retention which then is relfected as either weight gain or no loss...Try to reduce your soidum intake by graudally decreasing the amount of processed/fast food/canned foods you eat and aim to be…

GIna, you look fantastic, you look much younger to me than 50, I would say in your 30's!!

The timing may just not be right....The desire has to come from within yourself and you have to want it more than you've ever wanted anything...You have to have patience and discipline to eat the right foods everyday, limit the "bad" stuff to special occassions and be dedicated to exercising and moving... If outside forces…

We only use ground turkey and we love it. We use the 7% fat Ground Turkey. Jennie-O also makes an italian seasoned groudn turkey that we cook up and throw in our spaghetti sauce it is delicious (a little high in sodium, but not bad if you balance your day out) I don't like the taco flavored one, we make our own using…

You're not logging....You say before November 28th you logged That was 2 weeks ago, If you aern't logging, I am willing to bet you aern't measuring either, just guestimating a serving size and are overeating by what you think is really a deficit... And limit how often you eat fast food or restaurant food, everything on a restaurant menu both fast food and sit down is sodium laden.

Cut out all calorie based beverages, especially soda. Limit and even better omit processed foods, don't add salt at the table. Fill your food journal with fruits and vegetables, Buy No Salt Added Veggies if you buy veggies in a can. Look for any packaged snacks that say hint of salt in them.
