congrats! Our starting stats and goals are almost the same, plus 9 lbs for me. It has been 10 months and I am down 65 lbs, with a goal weight of 180. Your an inspiration and your testimony has definatly motivated me. Keep up the good work.

It probably has to do with the sodium. I cant tell from your diary how much your ingesting but since your on the go its probably more than you need. Processed and fast foods tend to have alot of sodium which requires you to increase your water intake in order to flush it out. Its basically salt and our bodies retain it. If…

I use the phone app which definately helps me to keep up with what goes in. Also, I dont preplan dinner this way if I have a weak moment during the day and eat a few chips or one of the lil ones chicken nuggets I can adjust dinner to compensate. Honestly, I feel better knowing exactly what I put in.
