It is 3:30 am. I couldn't sleep. Not a wink. So I have just eaten 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa and some beans. Nice.:grumble: Guess I start back at zero. I usually sleep like a baby. What's up with this insomnia? :huh:

YES!! I cut it into wedges season as above, and bake at 425 for about 30 min. The best ever!
