You are right. My maintenance level is only 1900-2100 anymore than that I gain ... I am also envious of people who can eat loads and not gain ... Spose I could exercise more than I already do so I could eat more but I'm busy .! I do formal exercise 4 times a week ..!! I'm 44 5' and in a British size 12 x

Can I ask .. Do you think eating below maintenance includes calories burned with exercise .... Meaning if I want to eat 200 less a day which would be 1400 less a week that 1400 could include 700-800 I burn with running/HIIT workouts ..??? Or should I eat 1400 and the exercise cals are a bonus .? I don't think they are but…

I also lift at home :-) having weights .. A bench and a squat rack. My neighbours can't see in but my window cleaner will .... Obv not whilst I'm lifting lol :-D I love my little home gym ... I have a treadmill and a bike too ...

I agree with HIITme .... I know you're supposed to increase every session but I just couldn't do it ... No way ..!!! I was failing ... I got to squatting 105lbs and was stick fir a month .... I assume that you would eat all your exercise calories back ... But I lift weights so wouldn't know how many to eat back of those ..!! With my weight I'm the same as the example above ... No way I could eat that low ...! I eat 1800+ ..! And I'm still hungry lol I do 90 mins cardio a week and 90 mins of lifting per week .!…

I do drive a lot as my girls are backwards and forwards to dancing after school mos nights .,!!! I obviously move more at work .. I do 23 hours a week ... But on days off from work or cardio workouts I do regular stuff like housework and shopping cooking and baking etc ... Don't sit on my bum .,!! So. Can never understand…

I know this isn't helpful but I know exactly how you feel ... I cut after 4 weeks coz I couldnt take it anymore ..!! However ... Some days especially this week I have gone up to TDEE :-( Some days at 10% cut. I haven't weighed or measured. Time will tell ... I just would be happy to lose 7 lbs or go down to a UK Size 10…
