  • Red Onion finely chopped, red pepper diced, and fresh dill. Tbsp of Hellman's light mayo and a can of good quality tuna (in brine) And the juice from 1/2 lemon, and a dash of fresh ground pepper. I use one slice of seedy bread, toasted with low fat cheese.

  • Good luck, I am doing this for the same reason!
  • I want to eat something bad; I already cheated with a packet of crisp. I am craving ice cream, thank goodness none in the house. I bought some Dole No Added sugar lollies. I am over my calories now, but I think I am going to let myself. And increase my exercise tomorrow. See how I am talking myself into it.

  • Impressive. Way to go, you must be super motivated now
  • Ralph Often called Ralphie, more often called "His Nibs" or nibsy noodle.... Spoiled shih ztu, loving and loyal and snuggly. He used to have a sister named Lauren (the pair were split in a break-up)
  • I am living in Manchester, Whitefield area. Would love a local friend, and welcome all the support I can get. I have been fighting the urge to have a binge day.
  • Everytime you cook a meal you love, make double teh amount. Freeze 1/2 and youwill have a "Ready Meal" without any extra effort. My husband hates leftovers, so I have been doing it for years, they have just otten healthier!
  • I lost a friend of 13 years after I went from 386 to 140, that was 5 years ago. We had a huge disagreement the day after my wedding, and I was off to England to live so we didn't have time to sort it properly. It broke my heart. I joined MFP when I realised that it was creeping back on, now that I am married and not…
  • I joined myself very recently, and have found reading through the "community" threads daily gives me inspirations, and focus. On a few mornings I have woke up and thought not today, but after a read through with my morning cuppa. seems to draw me back into the right frame of mind!
  • Very good advice, log ahead, increase exercises. The thing is this is not a diet, its a lifestyle you are trying to nurture, so smaller portions of the indulgent food and you'll be fine. I eat a big salad first - when I know the main is naughty - so I am too full to over indulge? Even if the loving boyfriend cooks it,…

  • What is it you say to yourself right before you give in to the binge? Is it something like, I will start tomorrow? Well hello sister its TOMORROW! So log it, who cares if its bunge - it a diary not a place you post only the good stuff. That is the first step. Yesterday my ugly was 6 shots of vodka (used to make 3 pint size…
  • Why even try? Well if my husband said that to me, I would call him a numpty and not validate the question with a response. tbh. The right answer however is the truth. So perhaps the question you are looking to answer is "Why am I doing this?" My simple truth is, I want people to look at me and think - there is a lady who…
  • I believe clear spirits have fewer calories, and if you search the database of foods, you will see exactly how they impact your diary. Download the iPhone app if you have a smart phone - and keep a check on your calories. I add drinks to my “snacks” Alternatively use the database and get some ideas, mentally decide how…
