Wow. Reading your posts is putting me to shame lol. I exercise 5 x 30 mins a week. I think I need to up my game a little. Oh and drink more water! Keep it up everyone :D

Doing well so far. My initial goal is to do 5 sessions of 30 mins per week Mixing upper body, lower body, cardio and HIIT, on different days. 1 week done. Feeling tired but know my energy levels will improve as my body gets used to not sitting on the sofa. Not weighing in for 28 days also. Need to avoid that week 2/3 slump…

I think I was the one who said you all seemed fed up. sorry! I got my come uppence though. After an amazing first week, I then spent the second week feeling a little hungry. well today was my eat up day. I try and do a 16 hour fast as I have been a terrible foody in the past. It is true about the self control in the morning and I too was told that breakfast was the most important meal of the day, I have never had a problem with eating breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper.…
