I have the ultra still - cracked but working - been in the wash (twice) and into the pool once! Still tracking! If this dies I will probably go for the one - I've had it on for over a year and I LOVE it and am totally addicted to stepping!

we use it in place of rice - toast it first and use broth instead of water - great hot or cold. Curious about the sweet potato burgers...do you have the recipe?

Great one - but you should try this......http://ourfullplate.com/recipes/crock-pot/holy-moly-pork-shoulder-crock-pot-goodness/ It was beyond delish and if you like them crispy....just throw under the broiler - and be sure to make the tomatillo / avocado sauce too..... we will most likely be making this at least twice a…

Pretty much ANYTHING on the grill is pretty dang tasty! We use Trader Joe's coconut oil spray ( its the bomb!) loads of fruit on the grill - pineapple is one of our favorites as are most pitted fruits - great as sides or to add to salads during the week - we try to do a "meat fest" on Sunday - cookiing up at least 3…

Chilly Willy - cutest lil penguin ever! I too have always been a big fan of Eeyore ( he just doesn't seem to have the fan base....I do have to admit - much to my nieces and grand nieces dismay --- I am also a huge fan of the Disney Villians/Witches - not the princesses...hee hee

Love my salads ! When eating out I always ask for the dressing and cheese on the side - If it has protein usually grilled salmon or chichen I don't use any dressing - cut it up and toss together - At home we cook up various cuts of protein in different marinades - and or grill different fruits n veggies --slice it up - mix…

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm my mom was from Chile---when we lived in Chile it wasn't a day without an avocado ( Yes-everyday!!)I don't eat one everyday---but I don't say no to it either---we consider it a "super food" of sorts---I put it on toast--in a salad--on its own with a spoon--make a "lite" shrimp type cocktail and pile it…

don't know if anyone else posted this - but they are so good and extremely versatile! fun to play around with and tweak to your tastes and calories needs - I tend to use grilled meat, fruit or veggies (or a combo) and never use dressing.... nom nom nom http://www.thekitchn.com/salad-in-a-jar-make-a-week-of-lunches-173014…

Pretty much all I would say.... I would be devastated without it! I've had mine for almost exactly one year - and it is pretty darn accurate with calorie burn and activity -it is BEYOND motivating to get you stepping! the Customer Service center is amazing! Worth every penny I spent..
-
Yup - you said it Nancy! I've made some very dear friends here - has made a HUGE difference in my journey! Couldn't do it without them! Valerie

I'm a protein lover - so lately I've been on a quick creamy polenta with poached eggs - NOM! sometimes bacon or sausage on the side - also into Tortilla Espanola ( most recipes call for waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much oil - but I've got it down) throw in some left over veggies from last nite's dinner--mostly egg whites sometimes…
