I often use greek yogurt(drained) with lots of spices or Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt Spinach & Kale dip! Slammin with tuna or egg salad. Hubs loves it too on this sammies instead of mayo! SHocker!

^^^ This Best way to go - you will get the "Carb Flu" and feel funky around day 5 - but it will pass - drink LOADS of water - make sure you really are getting enough protein and believe it or not salt. Loads of people have success - Good Luck

use a thermos! I have 3 different sizes depending on what I'm taking... But you MUST pre-heat the thermos first - boil the water - fill the thermos and seal - then warm up you lunch - soup - stew-rice n veggies - any leftovers yummy - dump the water out fill with yumminess - super tasty lunch later - and still really warm!
