I bought a 34 lb box of kitty litter, and while I was lugging it into the house, I realized that I used to "wear" that every day!

I will be 52 next week. Maybe I'm odd, but I have found it easier to lose weight at this age than when I was younger. Don't give up!

I think people notice, but are afraid to say anything - that you might not perceive it as a compliment. Like, "Have you lost weight" "Why? Do you think I need to?!" It seems that once they find out you are trying, the positive comments will come your way. And you are doing a great job!
