If you eat clean and exercise, drinking should not be a problem with weight loss. Drink the liquor of your choice on the rocks or with water and you're good to go. I stay shredded and still drink no problem! You just cant have fruity, frozen, sugary extra stuff in there with your liquor. :wink:

Such a good debate, and the answer is neither. Soy is GMOed and has high levels of phytoestrogens (lead to cancers), cows milk has RBGH (among many other nasty antibiotics and hormones) in it. Drink coconut, almond, or hemp milk. I personally LOVE coconut milk :)

I might be able to help. Describe your workouts to me? (how long, what exercises, what amount of weight if you lift, etc...) Also, describe a typical day of eating (what you eat and when) for you. I am taking two different exercise nutrition courses right now so I definitely have some answers for you. Kailey
