That is aggravating. I too like food-a lot! But I also like not weighing over 300 pounds (that is not a slap at anyone-my high weight was over 300) I can think of a bunch, but I will definitely be veering into crabby old broad territory. Then I will have to shake my cane and mutter at people.

I will add another annoyance: people who live in an area for years and still mispronounce place names, despite multiple corrections by natives. I give you Puyallup. Pronounced PYOO-allup. Also, those who sprinkle Latin phrases into conversation and mispronounce them or do not know the meaning. Eta: Oregon is not O-re-gone.…

Good on you for being compassionate. Is it possible you and other neighbors could form a work crew and at least start tackling the outside of the property, ie, vines and animals?
