  • I have dropped 70 pounds, and started my journey at a 44 DDD, I'm now a 42 DDD. I have lost nothing in my chest area, which is bothersome to me. My back hurts, and I think loosing some of them would help me a lot. But I think it's like all weight loss stories, if you tone your chest area, they will be less likely to sag.…

  • Thank you guys for the input. I have recently moved a state away from my family, and it is better. I know I am worth it, but it's just the negativity that I always get that brings me down, it's almost like no matter what I do it's never good enough. My boyfriend has said that I should just leave them, if they can't see the…
  • I'm 29, and started my weight loss journey a year ago now. I was scared of the same thing. I was 300 pounds when I first started. I was worried I was going to be saggy, have skin that was super loose, and hate the way I looked even though I was loosing the weight. But I dropped my weight a pound or pound and a half a week,…
  • Right now my favorite song to run to is "Birthday" by Katy Perry. Its just happy and upbeat and I put that on repeat and go. Another one I do that to is "We're Going Home" by Drake. I am not a fan of Drake, but it's got a heavy beat that I can run to easily.
  • I'm game! I need some help staying accountable!
  • Count me in! I need this!!
  • When I first started trying online dating I had a date with this really attractive guy. Things were going well, and then at the end of the date he looked at me and said, "We're going back to my place right? I only wanted to go on this date because you were fat and probably desperate to get laid. I just need to get laid, so…
  • For me, it's as simple as making sure I drink one of my water bottles, which is 32 oz., every two hours. So that makes it so I meet my water intake. Some times I have to flavor it with lemons, cukes, berries, ect. I find that straight water, all day every day makes me sick of it. That would have to be my biggest problem.
  • I use my Wii to do Zumba. I LOVE it! And it registers if you are half-assing it, and will let you know. It helped me start my weight loss journey, by 10 pounds. So I think if you are will to use it and really use it, it will work.
  • I'm going to try to walk a mile every day and do Zumba at least four times a week. I will also be doing strength training every other day as well! I'm hoping it will help me get back on the band wagon!
  • It's like I'm home! I will be adding each and everyone of you! Going through your guys posts and I'm sitting here shaking my head nodding to everything because I relate and also enjoy the same things! I finally embraced my nerd side a few years ago. I kept it hidden, a whole shelves of Mangas, animes, and comic books only…
  • I'm restarting this again! It helped me loose 60 pounds last year, and then I lost motivation. I came back and realized this was what I needed, a community that would be willing to give me tough love when I need it! Feel free to add me!

  • This is my first time joining one of these challenges! Feel free to add me, I've lost my motivation and thought this might help me out :)
  • mygrl4meee: I already buy pretty healthy foods. It's just getting out and doing things. I think that if I started walking at night to get out that would be a good start! Also looking at trails around here would be fun and something I like to do. blackcloud13: My motivation was to prove to people I could loose the weight. I…
  • Count me in! I need something like this!

  • Thanks guys! I've been wondering that for a while now, and plan today to start jogging again. I am hoping this helps me out! EDIT: I was loosing weight and then started waitressing and stopped loosing.
  • Nice job! It is always great to see these stories! Keep up the great work you look awesome!
  • I usually do early morning or early night times when it is hot outside. This way I don't have to deal with too much of the heat.
  • I'm a DDD and found mine at Wal-Mart for like 8 dollars. It actually works really well, I have support and am covered all over. When I first started I had a hard time finding something and was surprised I found it at Wal-Mart.
  • I didn't think it would work either, but it really has! Feel free to add me as well :)

  • I am in the same boat with you about not having a lot of money to do anything but run or walk. I found I can also do workouts at home using things around the house. And believe me, the people I have added from here have keep me motivated, helped me along the way, and encouraged me if I didn't log in for a few days. Feel…
  • Feel free to add me as well! I have met some people that have kept me very honest on my journey and I don't think I would have lost any weight without them!
  • I weigh myself on Wednesday mornings and take my measurements. I found that when I checked every day it got me very discouraged. I felt like giving up when I checked every day.
  • Feel free to add me. I've met some amazing people on here that have helped me out and kept me motivated. You have come to the right place to loose weight and get help with it!
