The analysis is interesting and good to keep in the back of your mind. However, the difference between burning 220 calories or 250 calories, or losing 8.8 lbs vs 10 lbs, is minimal. Even if you did back out your RMR, I doubt you'd end up exactly at 10 lbs lost anyway.
