Great job - just recognizing you need a change is a big step. Keep gum in your purse & if you feel like your getting hungry, when it's not time to eat a meal or snack, pop in a stick of gum. This should hold you over for an hour at least. Also, drink water if your feeling hungry too.

I stick a piece of gum in my mouth. I hate to spit it out when it still has flavor - so that will hold me over for at least 60 minutes. I always need to do that at work in the mornings because donuts are EVERYWHERE!
