I prefer lifting in the morning and cardio in the afternoon. I notice that my running is easier in the afternoons since I've been up all day moving vs rolling out of bed and running. Some people can do that, and I have too, but the runs just feel more difficult and tend to be at a slower pace in the a.m.

I just started really using SportsTracks and I really like it. I played with it a little during the trial period, but I have really taken a deeper dive into it and think that with the correct plugins, can provide a better value than Training Peaks.

If you are getting started, you should run according to your RPE (you can Google that). As you get more fit / run more, your zones will begin to adjust to your fitness level, but it will take time. I have always used a HRM so I can track my calorie burn, but when I first started running I went by the RPE and now running a…

Ditto that. Also, most people these days don't realize the healthy way to lose weight and alot of the time just think you lose weight by starving yourself so they have an uniformed concern based on their own lack of knowledge. I find it funny that the most opinionated comments I got were from people that smoke and drink…

I have a NSV and creepy moment of the day... I was walking back to the locker room after my swim workout with 2 other guys. There was a group of women by the side of the pool and I excused myself as we passed…

I use my fitbit to track my steps and sync to MFP, I usually eat back most of the calories, but keep a deficit overall. It's worked great for me so far.
-
I use a fitbit pedometer and it's been awesome. It syncs with MFP and has been an extremely useful tool for me.
-
Runtastic is what I've been using. I like it especially since it links with MFP.

I like to drink V8 low sodium hot and spicy. 8 oz glass has 1000 mg of potassium and only 50 calories.

I LOVE my fitbit. I used it for sleep for a few weeks, but stopped. I DO wear it everyday and cannot leave home without it. It has been one of the greatest tools I've have been able to use while losing the weight. I feel worse not having my fitbit with me than if I forgot my cell phone. I like it so much since it syncs…

This is different for everyone. However, sometimes this "journey" in not just about losing lbs., it's about changing your life. If that means shedding a toxic relationship that will ultimately be better for YOUR life, than that weight may the greatest loss for you.
