I'm with you! Totally with you! Decided to try a 3 meals a day, no sugar, no snacks plan for this challenge and guess what - losing weight. Couldn't resist the sweets yesterday, or the sweet potatoes apparently made with heavy cream and bananas. And one sweet just leads to another in my world. My version of an AA saying: one dessert is too many, a million aren't enough. Yikes! Going with the fruits and veggies plan today - I hope.
