my baby is 3 months old..almost 4 months. i had lost 24 of the 30 lbs i had gained. then i gained back 6 lbs. so i'm a little frustrated. hoping i can help motivate any other mommies, and get some motivation as well. i want my h.s. figure back! lol. best wishes to everyone in the group :)

my advice is to do something on your own when Monday rolls around. go for a walk...do pushups, situps, cardio, yoga. anything to get the heart pumping and a little sweat. I personally have the tony horton 10 min trainer for the days i have no motivation. Its mainly just a few things for 10 min but by the end i'm beat, lol.…

hey! i'm hoping by the end of my 'weight-loss journey' i'd like to have lost around 100 lbs! i had a baby and am in serious mode. right now i'm completely trying to change eating habits and exercise. if you want any of my tips or things i'm trying that seem to work, add me! best wishes to you as well :)
