I'm not really a fan. Wii Fit has so many pauses where you need to select a new activity, etc. Wii Active, in my opinion, is a lot better. It's actual exercise routines, and you decide how long you want to do, etc. If you get the kit, I'd recommend getting a better resistance band than what comes with it.
