Exactly. For me it doesn't matter how much I eat but the quality of what I'm eating.

I watch sugars. Regular cheerios... only. Multigrain cheerios has more sugar per serving than cookie crisp. I also do REGULAR rasin bran. I use almond milk because of lactose problems but whatever else would be fine.

This x60000000. My approach to weight loss is to cut our process flour and simple sugars. Its the only diet plan that has ever enabled me to loose weight.

I can eyeball measure most things. I cooked every day of my life... it just becomes a habit. This is my method. Use at your own risk. This tends to work for me. If we read the nutrition label and it says 1 of 4 and I ate half the package... well then its safe to to put 2 servings of the package in my calorie count. Cup…

I'm always over on my fiber. I switched to whole grain breads and I say thats what does it for me. Honestly... I love it. Before I started eating better I had bathroom troubles. No problems now!

A coworker was on WW and she lost 35lbs in the first month. She recommended it to me. I don't think I'd get what I need on WW. I need to learn how to eat. I need to learn to eat better. WW teaches you a way to lose weight. It doesn't teach you to eat better. Just my two cents.

I follow a no white sugar/no white flour diet for the most part. Get your sugars from natural fruits. It's pretty simple. Switch to whole grain bread. Eat fruit through the day a snack. Banana, orange, grapefruit are good sugar sources. Just my input!

I had to keep pulling my jeans up because I almost got pantzed a few times! I bought a new pair with trying them on (same old navy sweethearts) but one size down.... and them buggers are still big!!

I tried Hydroxycut once and became soooo SICK! Never again! I think using this site you figure out that the weight does come off. It comes off slow and steady. It shows you how to eat. To be at our weight we aren't doing it right.

This is my 5th week and today I'm at 25lbs down. I'm not going to complain. I'm following dietary goals safely. If I stall I'll rearrange things. CONGRATS!

I burn more calories with my wii dance workout than I do with 30DS. My HR is up during my wii workout maybe a bit more? I dunno

The week before its the sweets cravings. Oh boy. I also retain a TON of water. I'm talking the scale goes up by 7lb for a week and a half. Some say if they stick to their diet they will still loose.... not me. I'll step on the scale and it'll be right where it was 2 weeks ago.

I went through this phase when I was eating all fresh and natural. I forced myself to eat more and have SOME processed and then BAM. Issue resolved.
