I always get a wheat turkey or blt. No cheese. LIGHT on mayo. The girl that works in there knows me and she mocks me. Its quite cute. I have a nice handbag that I wanted so bad. The reason why I didn't buy it for over a year was because of the strap drop and how it fits on my arm. I debated and finally purchased it. After 20lbs down I do not struggle pulling it up at all. I glides like WHOA.

I hardly ever write down my dinner calories. I tend to keep track up until dinner and then do mental math for what I'm eating at dinner and even snack. I tend to ever estimate my calories or "round up" on everything so I never normally go over my calorie goal. I imagine it can happen but I'm fair to myself.

McDonald's puts sugar in their hamburger meat. Sometimes eating out is equal to gorging on peanutbutter cups. Your body doesn't need it.

I did way back in the day. Still got the office colds. Kinda feel now that if you're eating right you wouldn't need them. Plus that sickness feeling when starting them back up is just too much for me.

We count calories for discipline. Most of us are overweight because we like to eat or we like foods that don't supply what our bodies need. I've noticed as I started this journey that I drink constantly too. I'm not going to knock it. I drink four 20oz bottles a day which is 4 more bottles of water than I ever drank.

White flour Added sugar Take away (fast food) Processed food. I make all my meals at home for the most part. Everything is in its raw state. This is during the week. Weekends im a little bit more giving but still under my calorie goal.
