i have the aria if you move it from where it's sat as i do you need to get on and off of it 3 times because the first two times you step on it's calibrating the 3rd will be your correct weight

i'm not slating mfp but you need to go and get your bmr and bmi sorted before you follow mfp there is a very good online calculator here is the link http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ just enter your details and your good to go it takes alittle working out as in the mathematical sense but it's worth it

hi laura as a suggestion define your goals do this 3 ways short term medium term and long term i've fell oiff of this wagon twice before and have found goal setting is the best motivator i even have daily goals and monitor myself through a fitbit charge hr all the best Paul feel free to add me

even if you just walk for say 15 minutes you are 15 minutes ahead of everyone else sitting on their butt eat real food drink lot's of water just walk every day as a start
