  • It's pointless to replace something with the "diet" version of that something. If you want real results, just drop it completely. Soda isn't great for you, it's packed with sugar which turns into fat. You would probably lose weight, but most likely gain fat and possibly Diabetes.

  • I bought a cd and I do it for free everyday :) It is tough on the knees, I knew a Zumba instructor who had to cut down on some of her classes because her knees were getting bad.
