I only count water as water... :) that's all I drink so I guess it wouldn't be an issue for me. For best results though, I'd drink 8 cups of water water. I live in AZ so I have to drink water or I'll die of dehydration with all the exercise and heat. haha.

hahaha. No comparison! I love MFP, all of the positive energy gets me going in the morning. FB is full of trash talkers and friend feuds. There is nothing on FB to motivate me to even log on any more. Plus, when I look at my calories eaten compared to my exercise I get off of the computer chair and get my booty moving :)

I feel when I don't eat back some calories I'm tired and weak and consistently getting hunger pangs. I rather have a ton of energy and not feel like I'm starving. My weight loss goals are coming much quicker when I do eat most of them back. :) But, try to experiment what works best for you.
