I'm on day 3 of RI30. I'm already so sore but I love it! This is my third time starting but I've never gotten to week 4. I need friends to keep me motivated to see it through to the end.

I can't tolerate any animal milk or I would absolutely drink it. So, we use almond or coconut milk for all cooking and baking.
