Good advice. Tried red cabbage...overall it was fine. I included a carrot, celery. pear, spinach, and romaine lettuce. Tasted alright. I appreciate your input.

I purchase a whole chicken, split it into pieces and grill it. I always have chopped carrots and a bag of apples close by. Walmart has a relatively cheap fish called "swai" that I also have on hand. The pieces are pretty large and filling but low cal. Not too pricey. For dessert, I like to eat the 3,2,1 cake. Mix a box of…

Just started my summer break. I am up for 50 days! Will be at the gym first thing in the morning to do strength training...triceps and shoulders....maybe some time on the elliptical at the end. Will update soon.
