  • I started exercising last week and it feels GOOD!!!! Since I was rather in-active, I've lost 4 lbs. since starting.
  • I have found it easier to eat if I've prepared things before hand. When I come home from the grocery store, I clean and cut up the veggies and fruits and put them in baggies.
