  • i am on day 6 of the 30 day shred... quite challenging, but it is already easier. I mark the days off on the calendar - that seems to help me as my first goal is to just finish the 30 days,,,kind of like a light at the end of the tunnel. It is also great to put a start date so you can psych yourself up. I am down 2 lbs…
